Vana de gaz electromagnetica MVD Dungs cu o treapta - 200/360 mbar

- Aceste valve de gaz MVD/5, MVDLE/5, MV/4 sunt folosite pentru securizarea, limitarea, inchiderea si deschiderea alimentarii cu gaze a arzatoarelor si a altor echipamente de ardere.
- Vanele sunt normal inchise, cu o singura treapta si cu un mecanism de inchidere rapid, de pana la 1 secunda.
- Seriile MV si MVD sunt cu deschidere rapida, iar seria MVDLE este cu deschidere lenta si cu posibilitate de reglare a cursei rapide de pornire.
- La modelele de valve MVD si MVDLE se poate modifica debitul principal.
- Presiunea maxima de lucru este de 200 sau 360 mbar, temperatura ambianta este de -15÷600C, gradul de protectie standard este IP 54 (anumite modele sunt echipate cu IP 65).
- Se poate monta un contact prin care sa se monitorizeze pozitia inchisa a valvei (/5).
- Vanele MV/4 sunt dedicate aplicatiilor cu ciclii rapizi de lucru.
- Au o constructie robusta, sunt fiabile si nu necesita intretinere.
- Sunt potrivite pentru gaze din familiile 1, 2, 3 si pentru alte medii gazoase neutre. La cerere pot fi construite fara metale neferoase.

Mod de functionare electrovalva MVD / MVDLE:
- Electromagnetul deschide valva cu forta impotriva arcului 4.
- Viteza cursei armaturii 5 poate sa fie limitata prin reglarea surubului 8.
- Frana hidraulica 10 permite o deschidere lenta. Viteza cursei 12 este ajustabila.
- Daca alimentarea cu tensiune este intrerupta, arcul 4 inchide valva in mai putin de o secunda.
- Pozitia valvei poate fi monitorizata printr-un contact de inchis care trebuie adaugat.

Din fabricatie cursa rapida este nereglata
1) Desfaceti capacul de reglaj de la frana hidraulica
2) Intoarceti capacul de reglaj si folositi-l ca instrument de lucru
3) Rotire la stanga = cresterea cursei rapide (+).
